Our role then expands to overseeing all contractual discussions and negotiations. We work to protect the owner’s interests during the drafting of the build contract, specifications, and project milestones.
During the construction phase, we provide continuous technical supervision, either through regular site visits or by maintaining a permanent presence at the shipyard. We monitor progress, verify quality standards, and ensure the project stays on time and within budget. Every aspect—from structural works and system installations to interior finishing and outfitting—is meticulously tracked, reported, and reviewed.
