Our refit management service provides owners with complete support from the earliest planning stages through to final redelivery. We begin by assessing the yacht’s current condition and the owner’s goals—whether it’s a systems overhaul, interior refurbishment, or full structural modification. From there, we develop a detailed refit scope, realistic budget, and project timeline.

Once the scope is approved, we support the selection of a suitable shipyard and negotiate contracts on behalf of the owner. Our priority is to ensure clarity of deliverables, cost control, and alignment with technical and regulatory requirements.

During the execution of the works, we remain in close contact with the shipyard, subcontractors, and suppliers. We are either on site regularly or present throughout the duration of the refit, depending on the scale of the project. Our team manages scheduling, quality control, change orders, and conflict resolution, acting as the owner’s direct representative at every level.

We also handle interactions with flag states, classification societies, and surveyors to ensure the refit complies with all applicable standards. As works near completion, we conduct detailed walkthroughs and inspections, verify documentation, and supervise sea trials if applicable.

Once all works are completed to specification and satisfaction, we manage the final handover and prepare a comprehensive technical report for the owner.
